File a Complaint

This procedure applies where a Club member believes that another Club member has breached the Club’s Harassment Policy or the University of Oxford’s Policy and Procedure on Harassment.

Name of the Complaint (the person submitting the complaint)(required)

Email(required) Must be a legitimate and contactable email address.

The description of event(s) complained of(required)

The desired or sought out outcome of complaint

Statement by anyone who witnessed the event(s) or affected by them

By submitting your information, you're agreeing the secretary of OULC will be aware of your name so that they are able to contact you however they are subjected to protecting your anonymity. Please provide a legitimate email address, this will only be shared with the Secretary and anonymity will be maintained. A contactable email address is required in order to comply with the constitution of the Oxford Labour Club. The secretary will email you within 3 days.
